Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jasiek Pioncha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Sonnen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pioncha kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Redemption Song (Bob Marley). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Jasiek Pioncha will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Sonnen changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pioncha looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
