Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hendo Bendo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Lockyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bendo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to No Falter. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lockyer's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bendo under the eye.
Bendo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lockyer leaves Bendo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Bendo scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Lockyer sneaks back into half guard.
Bendo throwing shots but Lockyer is blocking nicely.
Lockyer is trying to get back to full guard.
Bendo throws a strike but Lockyer avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Bendo postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bendo wants to control from the top but Lockyer keeps moving.
Bendo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Bendo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Lockyer is trying to control the position but Bendo postures up.

Lockyer doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Bendo postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Lockyer keeping full guard, as Bendo tries to pass.
Lockyer has Bendo pulled in close to control his posture.
Bendo is working Lockyer over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Lockyer lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bendo takes one to the side of the head.
Bendo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lockyer sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bendo somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hendo Bendo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lockyer sizes up Bendo with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Lockyer lands with a straight right. Bendo didn't see that one coming.

Bendo shoots in but no luck this time.
A nice combination there by Lockyer.

Bendo is rocked!
Bendo shoots in for a takedown but Lockyer shows good takedown defense.
Oh Bendo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lockyer lands an overhand right.
Lockyer lands a big right hook! Bendo looks hurt but is still standing! Lockyer lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Bendo falls down and Lockyer dives in with a huge hammer fist! Bendo's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Lockyer runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Darren Lockyer!
