Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Barry Van Harrie!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angel with a nice cross.
Van Harrie closes the distance looking to clinch
and Van Harrie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Van Harrie tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Angel counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Angel lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Angel shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Van Harrie manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Angel will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Angel passes into half guard.
Van Harrie is staying active underneath Angel, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Angel frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Angel content just to control the position here.
Van Harrie really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Angel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Angel has control of Van Harrie's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Van Harrie regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Angel has isolated one of Van Harrie's arms. Van Harrie looking to fight him off but Angel twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
