Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, John Long!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Snoop Dogg!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Long swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Dogg counters with a thumping low kick.
Long tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Long moves into the clinch.
Dogg blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Long's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Dogg misses with a head kick.
Nice sprawl there from Dogg as Long shoots in.
Dogg finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Dogg clinches up against the cage.
Long is trying to break the clinch but Dogg has him pressed against the cage.

Dogg pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Dogg stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dogg wants it to stay on the feet.
Dogg circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dogg checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Dogg chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Dogg lands a head kick!


It looks like John Long has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dogg lands with a good body shot.
Long is breathing heavily.
Long on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dogg. Dogg obviously looking to wear him down.
Long avoids the head kick by Dogg.
Long takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Dogg clinches.
Dogg lands a nice elbow.

Dogg breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Dogg pushes Long up against the cage in a clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Long letting Dogg take a breather here.

Dogg's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Long tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Dogg feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Longs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dogg throws a nice outside leg kick.
Long tries to clinch but Dogg moves out of range.
Dogg jabs Long right on the nose. Long blinks but takes it well.
Long on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dogg.

Dogg lands a big head kick that sends Long tumbling to the mat! Dogg takes a step backwards and waves Long back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Long is rocked!
Long stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dogg.
Oh Long is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dogg fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Long to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Long looks to clinch but Dogg throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Long taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Snoop Dogg!
