Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tokugawa Miguroui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bogey James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tokugawa Miguroui has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bogey James!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miguroui shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts James as he jumps to the side.
Nice sprawl there from James as Miguroui shoots in.

James has Miguroui up against the cage in a clinch.
Miguroui managing to block the knees to the body from James.
Miguroui is working for takedown but James is calmly controlling the position for now.

James gets a trip takedown into half guard.

James stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Miguroui swivels though and keeps the full guard.

James changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Miguroui tries to avoid it but James manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Miguroui to the ground. Miguroui escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
James shoots in but Miguroui avoids the takedown attempt easily.

James has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Miguroui uses from the top position.

Miguroui dives in and grabs James's left leg, looking for a takedown. James pushes down on Miguroui's head and hops out.
James has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over.
Horrible takedown by James or perhaps it was just good defense by Miguroui which made him look bad.
