Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vitali Kersikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griffin has chosen Leash by Pearl Jam as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle Griffin!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kersikov scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kersikov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Sloppy strikes from Griffin. Those never looked like landing.
Kersikov stuffs the takedown attempt from Griffin. Griffin gets slowly back to his feet.

Kersikov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

It looks like Kyle Griffin has been cut.
Kersikov buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Griffin takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Crunch! Kersikov slams his shin into Griffin's torso.
Griffin looks gassed!

Griffin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kersikov, pushing him back against the cage.
Kersikov lands with a short shot to the head.
Kersikov gets through Griffin's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Kersikov manages to break the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kersikov with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kersikov moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
A jab from Kersikov finds it's way through Griffin's defenses.
Kersikov lands a front kick.
Griffin takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Kersikov makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Griffin really felt that one!
Vitali Kersikov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyle Griffin.

Kersikov lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
