Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lonnie Kiger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Repo!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiger moves into the clinch.
Kiger fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Kiger tries for a takedown but Repo manages to get underhooks.
Kiger misses with a punch on the inside.
Kiger manages to break the clinch.
Repo looks to land a left hand but Kiger moved out of range nicely.
Kiger changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Repo tries to avoid it but Kiger manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Repo to the ground. Repo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lonnie Kiger. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kiger is trying hard to land a takedown here. Repo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Kiger fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kiger misses with a combination
and Repo counters with a nice uppercut.
Kiger lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

and Repo counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Kiger is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Repo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kiger.

Repo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kiger throws a wild hook but Repo just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Kiger gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Repo raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Repo!
