Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kazuo Hanayama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tai Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Singh is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mudvayne - Determined. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanayama just misses with a punch to the body.
Singh listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Hanayama takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Singh lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hanayama circles away quickly and effectively.
Singh uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Singh looks to score with a jab to the body but Hanayama is just out of range.
Hanayama misses with a looping left.
Hanayama throws the left hand but Singh avoids the punch easily.
Singh missing with a left hand there. Hanayama was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hanayama ducks under a wild hook from Singh.
Sloppy strikes from Singh. Those never looked like landing.
A decent looking cross lands there for Singh.
Hanayama has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hanayama there as he acknowledges the shot.

and Singh scores with a counter punch that sends Hanayama to the canvas! Singh smells blood - he's punishing Hanayama with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Hanayama has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tai Singh!
A relieved looking Tai Singh thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
