The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beauford throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Beauford tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bot sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Beauford somewhat.
Bot moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Beauford takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Beauford throws a series of punches but Bot moves out of range.
Beauford throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bot.
Carter Beauford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Beauford throws a right and a left that Bot avoids nicely.
Bot lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Bot makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

enabling Bot to counter with a crisp jab.

Bot drops Beauford with a big left hand and mounts him. Beauford is in big trouble!
Beauford is still in real trouble! Can Bot finish him?
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
A big strike lands for Bot! That's really hurt Beauford and he's turned his back - Bot keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Bot jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
