Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Coature (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coature comes to the cage accompanied by 8th and Blues. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rocky Balboa!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yuuki Gou and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coature will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rocky Balboa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Balboa swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Coature counters with a leg kick.
Coature tries to bum rush Balboa with a series of wild strikes but Balboa uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Coature.
A head kick by Coature misses
and Balboa counters with a series of strikes. Coature will be more careful next time no doubt.
Coature gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Balboa throws a series of punches but Coature moves out of range.
Coature misses with a combination
and Balboa counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Balboa throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Coature tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Balboa is in Coature's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Coature is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Balboa postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Coature looking to hit a scissor sweep but Balboa is one step ahead there.
Balboa with a nice head shot there.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Coature holds on and takes a little breather.
Balboa with a flurry of punches that miss.
Balboa working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Coature looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Balboa connects with a couple of short punches.
Coature is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Balboa throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Coature works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Coature manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Balboa manages to get himself to full guard.
Coature forces his way into half guard.
Balboa is looking for a sweep. Coature is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Coature is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Balboa reverses the position - he's now on top in Coature's guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Coature trying to keep a closed guard but Balboa is proving a slippery customer.
Balboa with a nice head shot there.
Balboa throws an elbow that misses. Coature uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Balboa's guard. Nice move by Coature!
Balboa is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Coature passes into half guard.
Coature throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Coature frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The referee warns Balboa that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Coature looking to finish Balboa with some ground and pound. This is bad for Balboa!

It looks like Rocky Balboa has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Balboa wants to hold on but Coature pushes him away.
Coature prevents Balboa from getting the reversal.
Coature is landing with some decent strikes but Balboa is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Coature looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Coature sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Balboa wants to control but Coature is having none of it.
Coature lands a nice shot to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Coature postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Balboa looks a forlorn figure.

Balboa is squirming around, avoiding Coature's attempts to control the action.
Coature postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Balboa bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Coature and the fight is over!
