The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bolt throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Connelly was covering up waiting for the punch and Bolt finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Bolt postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Connelly preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Bolt is pushing down on Connelly's leg trying to pass to half guard. Connelly is fighting to maintain full guard but Bolt has managed to sneak the leg through.

Bolt seems to be looking for submissions.

Bolt has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Connelly defend it? Bolt steps over the head and cranks it - Connelly is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Bolt!
