Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Rust (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rust's entrance music is Marylin Manson - Sweet Dreams. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Rust or perhaps it was just good defense by Silva which made him look bad.
Rust loads up on a big right hand but Silva slips the punch.
No luck for Rust with that takedown attempt.
Silva throws a body punch but Rust moves out of range.
Rust fails with the takedown.

Rust is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Silva has escaped the position, nice work there.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Silva is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Silva will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Silva misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rust.
Rust changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Rust manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Silva looks to land a combination. Rust sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Oh Rust is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silva throws a nice looking combination but Rust bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Rust seems to have got his legs back now.
Silva throws a sloppy head kick and Rust moves out of range easily.

Rust shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Rust was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Silva is trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva is squirming around, avoiding Rust's attempts to control the action.
And that's the end of the fight!
Diego Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Silva has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
