Alexander has chosen Best Around By Joe Esposito as his entrance music. Sean Alexander is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lashley drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Alexander looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Alexander is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Lashley is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Alexander's shoulder. That is not cool.
Lashley seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Alexander for as long as he can get away with.
Lashley has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Bobby Lashley just wasn't active enough.
Alexander slips a jab and a cross from Lashley.

Lashley drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Lashley works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Lashley decides to stand and escape the position.
Alexander misses with a takedown attempt - Lashley sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Oooooh!!! Lashley has knocked Alexander down with a huge combo! Lashley steps away and waves a wobbly Alexander back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Sean Alexander has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Lashley is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Alexander is in big trouble! Lashley is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Alexander. Poor guy.
