Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eldoth Kron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Wyrzykowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kron comes into the arena with Afterworld blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Eldoth Kron!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Michal Wyrzykowski!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Josh West and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wyrzykowski tries to clinch up but Kron circles away and keeps his distance.
Kron swats away the attempt to clinch by Wyrzykowski.
Wyrzykowski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kron swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Wyrzykowski clinches up with Kron and pushes him back against the cage.
Kron wants to take the fight to the mat but Wyrzykowski manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Wyrzykowski pulls guard.
Kronis looking to pass into half guard but Wyrzykowski pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Wyrzykowski is in guard.
Kron lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Wyrzykowski!
Wyrzykowski squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Wyrzykowski is desperately trying to improve his position but Kron has a good base and remains in mount.
Kron cracks Wyrzykowski with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Wyrzykowski tries to lock up and control but Kron gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kron can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Wyrzykowski is looking to escape.
Wyrzykowski is looking to get to half guard.
Kron landing shots from mount.
Kron controlling from the full mount.
Kron has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Wyrzykowski can't escape the position.
The referee warns Wyrzykowski that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Wyrzykowski wants to control but Kron is having none of it.
Kron sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Kron avoids the attempt from Wyrzykowski to control.
Wyrzykowski is looking to get to half guard.
Wyrzykowski is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kron takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kron seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Wyrzykowski for as long as he can get away with.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Eldoth Kron wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Kron feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Wyrzykowski is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Kron trying to control the position from guard on top but Wyrzykowski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wyrzykowski preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Kron is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Wyrzykowski has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Kron off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Wyrzykowski moves in looking to clinch but Kron pushes him off.
Kron doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Wyrzykowski counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Wyrzykowski.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Wyrzykowski manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Eldoth Kron dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Wyrzykowski tries to clinch there but Kron circles away.
Kron fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kron looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Wyrzykowski moves to clinch but Kron breaks away

and Kron counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wyrzykowski won't be happy with that.
Wyrzykowski is looking to regain half guard here but Kron keeps moving and retains side control.

Kron trying to control the action but Wyrzykowski is working from the bottom.
Wyrzykowski is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Kron laying and praying for a moment but Wyrzykowski takes advantage and regains half guard.
Kron tries to pass the half guard into mount. Wyrzykowski knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Wyrzykowski is trying to stand.
Kron is thwarting Wyrzykowski's attempts to control the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kron frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Kron controlling his opponent.
Wyrzykowski wants to try and get back to his feet.
Kron controlling his opponent.
Kron fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Kron controlling the pace for now.

Kron landing strikes, looking to finish!


Wyrzykowski is rocked!


It looks like Michal Wyrzykowski has been cut.
Kron cracks Wyrzykowski with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eldoth Kron!
Eldoth Kron made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Submission? We talking bout submission?'.
