Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustav Gustafsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gustafsson has chosen Dark Tranquility - The Final Resistance as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gustav Gustafsson!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hernandez walks into a stiff left hand from Gustafsson.
It looks like Jorge Hernandez has been cut.
Gustafsson cracks a nice hook into Hernandez's ribs.
Gustafsson jabs Hernandez right on the nose. Hernandez blinks but takes it well.
Hernandez gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gustafsson scores with a jab. Hernandez acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Gustafsson cracks Hernandez with an uppercut from hell and Hernandez crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Gustafsson's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Hernandez is rocked!
Gustafsson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hernandez swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Oh Hernandez is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gustafsson stands up and waves to Hernandez to follow him.
Hernandez seems to have got his legs back now.
Hernandez takes one to the chin there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gustafsson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hernandez at a distance.
Gustafsson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Hernandez walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Hernandez takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Gustafsson lands a nice hook to Hernandez's body. Hernandez takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Gustafsson lands the left hand.
Hernandez gets cracked there but stands up to it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gustafsson catches Hernandez with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gustafsson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hernandez looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Gustafsson works Hernandez's body with a nice hook.

Gustafsson works over Hernandez's head and body with a nice combination.
Gustafsson dips to his left and cracks Hernandez with an uppercut!
Gustafsson gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Gustafsson lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Jorge Hernandez's cut is getting worse.
Gustafsson stops a takedown attempt from Hernandez.
Hernandez is looking to take this one to the mat.
Hernandez is breathing heavily.
Gustafsson breaks from the clinch.
Gustafsson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Hernandez on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Gustafsson drops Hernandez with a big left hand and mounts him. Hernandez is in big trouble!
Gustafsson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gustafsson is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Gustafsson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hernandez's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gustafsson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hernandez scrambles back to his feet.
Gustafsson lands with a right hand.
Gustav Gustafsson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gustafsson waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Hernandez. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Hernandez to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Jorge Hernandez's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gustafsson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hernandez is keeping the position for now.

Gustafsson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Gustav Gustafsson has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Gustafsson lands with a big left! Hernandez is wobbled badly! Gustafsson comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Hernandez to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Gustav Gustafsson!
