The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore lands with a shot to the body.
Moore is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Braun bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Moore prevents Braun from improving position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Moore gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Moore makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Moore.

Moore is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Braun is controlling him.
Moore looking to hit a scissor sweep but Braun is one step ahead there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Moore is on top in guard.
Braun has momentary wrist control but Moore slips an elbow through the middle.

Moore slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Braun tries to lock up and control but Moore gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Moore cracks Braun with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

It looks like Ryan Braun has been cut.
Braun is trying desperately to improve position.
Moore looking to control but Braun is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Moore goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Braun is on top in guard.

Braun trying to control the position from guard on top but Moore is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Moore lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Braun!
Moore postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Braun looks a forlorn figure.
Braun is squirming around, avoiding Moore's attempts to control the action.
Moore moves to back control.
Braun tries to break free.
Braun might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Moore doesn't have the hooks in and Braun manages to turn into his guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Braun accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Braun prevents Moore from getting back to his feet.

Braun forces his way into half guard.
Moore keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Moore has hold of Braun's hands but Braun slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Moore wants to improve his position but Braun is controlling well.

Moore has one foot on Braun's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Moore is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Braun has his hands clasped together but Moore extends an breaks Braun's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Moore.
