Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arttu Attila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hooligan Nick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hooligan Nick has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Attila looking to score a takedown here. Nick is defending well but Attila drives through and ends up in Nick's guard.
Attila stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nick swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nick can do anything to dispel that myth.
Nick wants to stand up but Attila is controlling him.

Attila postures up in Nick's guard and throws a big left but Nick blocks it.
Attila distracts Nick with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Attila drops back looking for a leg! Nick is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nick manages to kick Attila off! Attila jumps back into Nick's guard.
Attila wants to control from the top but Nick keeps moving.

Nick swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nick fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nick moves in looking to clinch but Attila pushes him off.
Nick lands a body shot.
Nick closes the distance but Attila moves to the side
and Attila decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Nick's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Attila accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Attila drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Attila jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Nick is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Attila is controlling him.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Nick wants to get back to his feet.
Nick really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Attila. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Nick parries the strikes from Attila easily there. Attila is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Nick to escape.
Attila has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Nick is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Attila yanks on the arm and Nick is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Attila.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Arttu Attila!
After the fight, Arttu Attila was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
