The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dean throws a leg kick
and Muricaten counters with a nice kick to the body.
Muricaten takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Dean jabs at Muricaten's body.
Muricaten misses with a wild body shot.
Muricaten looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Dean!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Dean wants to hold on but Muricaten pushes him away.
Muricaten thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Dean is trying to escape the mount.
Muricaten tries to control but Dean wriggling away.

Dean working to try and regain half guard.
Muricaten trying to control but Dean is having none of it.
Dean is looking to get to half guard.

Dean regains half guard.
Dean has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Muricaten. Oh but Dean has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Muricaten goes limp - he's gone! Dean jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
