Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Naruto Uzamaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stor Svin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stor Svin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Naruto Uzamaki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Stor Svin!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Svin looks to land a right hand but Uzamaki moved out of range.
Uzamaki looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Svin is fending him off so far but Uzamaki persists. Nope, Svin circles away and we're back to standing.

Svin gets a takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Uzamaki actively working from the bottom here.
Svin wants to stand up but Uzamaki has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Svin tries to pass to full mount but Uzamaki defends it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Svin trying to control from Uzamaki's half guard. Uzamaki has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Uzamaki has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Uzamaki working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Svin has passed into half guard!

Uzamaki looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Svin wants to control from the top but Uzamaki keeps moving.

Svin stands and steps away. Uzamaki gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Svin is looking to clinch but Uzamaki is avoiding it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Uzamaki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Svin moves away.
Uzamaki swinging wildly here.
Uzamaki moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Svin is looking to clinch.
Svin fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Uzamaki looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Uzamaki thuds his right hand into Svin's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Svin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Svin closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Uzamaki did well to prevent Svin getting side control.
Uzamaki moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Uzamaki working for a triangle but Svin defends it easily.

Svin trying to stand up but can't free himself from Uzamaki's guard.

Uzamaki working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Svin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Svin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Uzamaki manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Svin manages to get himself to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Stor Svin will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Uzamaki steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Svin.
A decent looking cross lands there for Uzamaki.
A solid leg kick lands there for Uzamaki.
Svin wants to clinch.

Svin closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Svin fails with an attempt to clinch.

Uzamaki scores with a crisp jab that stopped Svin in his tracks.
Stor Svin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Uzamaki looking to score a takedown here. Svin is defending well but Uzamaki drives through and ends up in Svin's guard.

Uzamaki drops back, looking for a kneebar! Svin looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Svin looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Svin!

Svin seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Uzamaki does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Uzamaki is trying to maintain the position but Svin is very close to passing his half guard.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Stor Svin.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Uzamaki is defended easily by Svin.

Svin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Svin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Uzamaki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Svin scrambles and gets back to his feet.
A telegraphed right hand from Uzamaki misses the target.

Svin closes the distance and pushes Uzamaki back into the cage.

Uzamaki breaks the clinch.

Svin drives through with a takedown into Uzamaki's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Uzamaki is trying to control the position but Svin postures up.
Uzamaki looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Uzamaki advances to half guard.
Uzamaki is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Svin is refusing to be controlled, as Uzamaki sits in half guard.

Naruto Uzamaki has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Svin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Uzamaki swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Uzamaki throws out a powerful jab.
Svin avoids a kick to the body.

Svin throws a sloppy head kick and Uzamaki moves out of range easily.
Stor Svin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Uzamaki takes a swing at Svin's ribcage but misses.
Svin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Uzamaki swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Svin trying to control but Uzamaki is working from the bottom.

Uzamaki isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Svin stacks Uzamaki on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Svin!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Svin laying and praying for a moment but Uzamaki takes advantage and regains half guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
Stor Svin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Svin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
