The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knitter misses with a body punch
and Rodhrehson counters with a single leg into guard. Knitter didn't expect that.
Knitter wants to get back to his feet but Rodhrehson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Lutz Knitter will probably get the nod.

Rodhrehson fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Knitter to the ground. Rodhrehson is now in Knitter's guard.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Knitter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Lutz Knitter.
I think Knitter has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Lutz Knitter really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Hilo Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
