Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Beau Brady (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akis Karakantes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brady kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Johnny I Hardly Knew Ya. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brady misses with a few strikes there.
Brady scores with a push kick.
Brady throws a nice head kick!

It looks like Akis Karakantes has been cut.
Karakantes closes the distance and clinches up with Brady, looking for a takedown. Karakantes pushes Brady against the cage but Brady circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Brady moves out of range of the body kick.
Brady will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Brady gets a takedown into half guard.

Brady is looking to advance position but Karakantes won't allow it.

Brady wants to take a breather but Karakantes is having none of it.
Karakantes is controlling Brady's trapped leg to prevent Brady from advancing to side control.
