A fine choice. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Downtime misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Laguna.
Downtime misses with a straight right.
Downtime misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Laguna misses with a double jab.

Downtime fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Laguna moves out of range of the body kick from Downtime.
Downtime pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Laguna lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Downtime throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Downtime gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nycky Downtime seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Laguna uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Downtime.

Laguna bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Downtime rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Laguna moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Laguna looks to land a left hand but Downtime moved out of range nicely.
Downtime takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Laguna comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Downtime stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Laguna is on him like rabid pit bull! Downtime slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
