I think Bob might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Im Too Sexy. Palhares is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sound of Madness by Shinedown. The key to victory for Angola Bob has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palhares swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bob scores with a leg kick.
Palhares takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Palhares takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Nice takedown defense from Bob. No joy for Palhares on that attempt.

Palhares closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bob did well to prevent Palhares getting side control.
Bob has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Palhares is working away from the top position though.
Palhares is looking to take a break and control but Bob is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Palhares is pressing down on Bob's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bob is holding on for now.
Palhares is keen to just control but Bob is a slippery customer.

Palhares is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Palhares maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Bob could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Palhares has cracked it and Bob is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Palhares!
