Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hector Lombard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theo Rockwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lombard comes to the cage accompanied by Mortal Kombat. The crowd seem to be enjoying Rockwell's choice of entrance music: Danger. Theo Rockwell will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rockwell wants to slow Lombard down by chopping away at his legs.
Rockwell bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lombard throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rockwell counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Rockwell lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Rockwell.

It looks like Hector Lombard has been cut.
Lombard throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rockwell connects with a solid leg kick.
Lombard connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lombard has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Rockwell.
Rockwell tries to bum rush Lombard with a series of wild strikes but Lombard uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Rockwell clinches up against the cage.
Rockwell works on Lombard's body with a couple of short punches.

Rockwell manages to break the clinch.
Rockwell goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Rockwell lands a big right hand that sends Lombard crashing to the mat! Rockwell stays standing though and waves Lombard back to his feet!

Lombard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rockwell moves away.

Rockwell closes the distance and clinches.
Lombard misses with a punch to the body.
Rockwell lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lombard backwards.
Rockwell throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Rockwell lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Lombard backwards.
Lombard has a couple of punches blocked by Rockwell.
Lombard swings wildly with an uppercut but Rockwell uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rockwell lands a body punch in the clinch.
Lombard wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Rockwell has him pressed against the cage.

Rockwell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rockwell misses with a head kick.
Rockwell connects with a solid leg kick.

Lombard with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rockwell to score with a decent uppercut.
Lombard chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rockwell can pounce on him.

The crowd cheers as Rockwell lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lombard doesn't seem phased though.
Oh Lombard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lombard thows a body shot but no joy.

Lombard lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rockwell backs up against the cage.
Rockwell uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lombard.

Rockwell misses with a low kick.

Rockwell closes the distance and pushes Lombard back into the cage.
Rockwell prevents Lombard from breaking the clinch.
Rockwell scores with a hook to the body.
Lombard takes a knee right on the jaw!
Rockwell crunches a lovely knee into Lombard's ribcage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rockwell manages to break the clinch.
Rockwell steps in with a hook that catches Lombard right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Rockwell follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Lombard looks absolutely devastated.
