Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Renato Laranja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Pacquiao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Laranja moves in looking to clinch but Pacquiao pushes him off.

Laranja has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pacquiao finds it's way round the side to connect with Laranja's head.

Pacquiao got a little sloppy there for a moment and Laranja has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pacquiao has managed to get both his arms back between Laranja's legs - danger averted.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Manny Pacquiao hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
