The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bisping tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Khan was well out of range. Poor timing from Bisping.
Bisping throws a series of punches but Khan moves out of range.

Bisping lands a left and a right that send Khan crashing to the mat, dazed. Bisping thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Rha Khan has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bisping ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Bisping cracks Khan with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Bisping has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Khan to stand back up!

Khan is rocked!
Bisping throws a leg kick which misses Khan's front leg but catches the back leg as Khan tries to avoid it.
Khan looks gassed!
Bisping connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Khan to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Bisping!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Frank Bisping!
Frank Bisping retains his heavyweight title!
