And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pico Rodrigo!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Chiesa counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Rodrigo's guard now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Rodrigo is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Chiesa defends well.
Chiesa pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rodrigo is keeping the position for now.
Rodrigo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chiesa gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rodrigo looking for a triangle here. Chiesa is fighting it but it looks tight! Rodrigo pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Chiesa is tapping out - this one is all over!
