And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Carl Allen !
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Unski looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Allen !

Unski wants to finish this one by submission but Allen is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Unski.
Allen is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Unski blocks Allen 's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Unski is landing with some decent strikes but Allen is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Allen is in a horrible position here. Unski smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Unski has hold of Allen 's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Allen manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Unski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Unski is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Allen can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Allen makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Allen .

Allen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Unski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Unski manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Allen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Unski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Allen is looking to improve his position but Unski isn't that keen on the idea.

Unski uses his free foot to push down on Allen 's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Allen .

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Allen closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Unski to the mat! Unski manages to get full guard.

Oh but Allen is tightening it up a little... Unski has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Unski reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Unski taps out! nice BJJ there by Allen !
