Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chief Keef Sosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bane Smash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chief Keef Sosa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bane Smash!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Franklyn Lucas and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smash tries to bum rush Sosa with a series of wild strikes but Sosa uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Smash scores with a jab to the jaw.


It looks like Chief Keef Sosa has been cut.
Smash clobbers Sosa with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Smash works Sosa's body with a nice hook.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sosa fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Some wild striking there from Smash.
Sosa is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Smash.
Smash works the jab nicely.
Sosa wants to clinch up but Smash keeps it at a distance.

Smash throws a right hand that Sosa ducks under and follows up with a left that Sosa also avoids with ease.
Smash swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sosa counters with a nice low kick that buckles Smash's knee momentarily.

Sosa feints a jab promting Smash to slip. Sosa then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Smash slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Smash swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Smash misses with the combination.
Left hook, right uppercut from Sosa.
Smash misses with a few strikes there.
Smash keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Smash connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sosa drives through with a takedown into Smash's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Smash really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sosa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Sosa has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Smash ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Smash stuffs the takedown attempt from Sosa. Sosa gets slowly back to his feet.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Smash, as that shot connected.
Smash fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Sosa shoots in but Smash avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sosa is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Smash.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Smash lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sosa circles away quickly and effectively.
Sosa throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Smash stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Sosa counters with a three punch combo that has Smash backing up. Smash nods at Sosa to acknowledge the strikes.
Sosa fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Smash has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Smash lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Sosa with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Smash to score with a decent uppercut.
Sosa throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Smash's head.
Smash's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Smash duly obliges.
Sosa shoots for a takedown but Smash saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Sosa shoots for a double leg takedown but Smash sprawls well. He's pushed Sosa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Smash takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Sosa shoots in looking for a takedown. Smash tries to sprawl out of it but Sosa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Smash manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Smash throws a right and a left that Sosa avoids nicely.
Sosa shoots in and drives through. Smash sprawls well.

Sosa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smash tries to avoid it but Sosa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smash to the ground. Smash escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Smash lands a jab to Sosa's midsection.

Horrible takedown by Sosa or perhaps it was just good defense by Smash which made him look bad.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
