Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Travis Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjamin Liu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson's entrance music is Ace Hood - Get em. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Benjamin Liu has been cut.
Jackson thows a body shot but no joy.

Jackson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

You get the feeling that Jackson really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Liu is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Liu extends the arm and Jackson is forced to tap!
