The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some throws a hook to the side of Hope's head but Hope sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Some connects with a nice looking jab.
Some loads up on a big right hand but Hope slips the punch.
Some lands a leg kick that knocks Hope off balance momentarily.
Hope wants to clinch
and Some counters with a nice leg kick.
Some slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Some taking a breather.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Hope.
A right hand to the body from Some.

Some escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hope tries to clinch
and Some counters with a thumping low kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Some connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Some pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

and Hope counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hope.
Hope with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Some misses with a body punch.
Hope tries a knee to the head but Some blocks it.
The referee is keeping an eye on Some - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Some scores with a nice hook to the head.

Hope is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.

Some lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Hope is breathing heavily.
Hope tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Some connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Some comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Some uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Some tries to land a front kick but Hope steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Hope gets tackled into the ropes by Some. Some maintains the clinch.

Some lands with a light punch inside.
Oh Hope is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Some cracks Hope with a big uppercut, right up the middle and Hope goes down! Oh, he's hurt! He's bigtime hurt! The referee is giving him a chance to get back to his feet - 4,5,6,7, no, he's called it off! Hope wasn't going to make it and the fight is over!
