Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mace Baars (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alan Kolodin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baars's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Fort Minor - Remember the Name. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mace Baars!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alan Kolodin!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baars slaps away a takedown attempt from Kolodin, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Baars scores with a jab to the head.

Kolodin shoots in and gets a takedown into Baars's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Kolodin pushes down on Baars's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Kolodin throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Baars looks like he's trying to stand up.
Baars is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Kolodin seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Baars does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Kolodin is stalling here. Baars is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Kolodin seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Baars has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Kolodin misses with a takedown attempt - Baars sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Kolodin shoots for a double leg takedown but Baars sprawls well. He's pushed Kolodin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Baars stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Baars wants it to stay on the feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kolodin has his feet on Baars's thighs here. He's pushed Baars off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Baars screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
