Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Coleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aaron Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jonathan Paton and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Coleman avoids it really well and circles away.
Wallace connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Wallace ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Coleman moves away.
Wallace is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Jake Coleman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wallace circles away from the clinch attempt.

Coleman manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Wallace on his heels. He'll look to pass Wallace's guard now, I'm sure.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wallace is on top in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Coleman can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Wallace controls the pace.
Coleman is looking to stand back up but Wallace counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Coleman.
Coleman is refusing to be controlled, as Wallace sits in half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Coleman looks like he's trying to stand up.
Wallace stalling away here and it's allowed Coleman to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Wallace passes Coleman's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Coleman throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

Coleman kicks off Wallace and gets to his feet.
Wallace tries to clinch

and Coleman counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Wallace!
Coleman landing punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wallace tries to lock up and control but Coleman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Coleman unloading with bombs!
Coleman breaks from Wallace's wrist control and lands an elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Coleman working for a guillotine from mount but Wallace is in no mood to give up.
Wallace tries to hold on but Coleman pushes him away.
Wallace looks gassed!
Coleman raining down shots from the mount!
Wallace takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Coleman fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
BOOM! Coleman connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Wallace is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Coleman with shots to the head and body - Wallace looks very uncomfortable down there.
Wallace is still in real trouble! Can Coleman finish him?
Coleman lands a big elbow - Wallace is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Wallace is forced to tap out!
