Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Player One!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lucky Number!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Number takes a shot right to the bread basket.
One rushes Number and presses him up against the cage.
Number jumps guard.
Number is working an open guard so One takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Number fails in his attempt to clinch.
Number shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has One pinned against the cage. One gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Number tries to clinch but One is having none of it.
Number is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
One stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and One wants it to stay on the feet.
Number scores with a kick to the midsection.
Number slips a jab and a cross from One.
One slaps away a takedown attempt from Number, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Player One has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lucky Number.
One avoids the head kick by Number.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Number wants to clinch up but One keeps it at a distance.
One closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Number's guard.
One trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

One is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Number's half guard.
One working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
One controlling the action here.
One thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Number's head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Number trying to control but One postures up.

One is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Number sees it coming and defends easily.
One seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Number is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
