Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Wazowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Allen Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Wazowski, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Wazowski against the cage but Wazowski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Gracie dives in and grabs Wazowski's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wazowski pushes down on Gracie's head and hops out.

Gracie closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Wazowski turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Wazowski manages to end up in side control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Mike Wazowski.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gracie leaves Wazowski with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Gracie tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wazowski sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gracie somewhat.

Gracie is looking for a sweep. Wazowski is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Gracie is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Wazowski rolls with it to try and escape but Gracie cranks on the arm and Wazowski is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
