Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mirachi Machita (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Hendo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machita comes to the cage accompanied by monster. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hendo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Machita, pushing him back against the cage.
Hendo throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Hendo throws an elbow but it misses.
Machita has Hendo pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hendo manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Hendo successfully pulls guard.
Machita preventing the sweep.
Hendo pulls Machita in to control the position.
Hendo looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Hendo throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Machita is on the wrong end of a couple of strikes there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hendo has his feet on Machita's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Hendo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Hendo has hold of Machita's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Machita seems comfortable defending it but Hendo has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Machita is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Machita is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Hendo couldn't care less - he's delighted!
