Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tomasz Drwal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tony Tiger!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Aafke Stam and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drwal throws a leg kick but Tiger sees it coming and moves out of range.

Tiger closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Tiger wants to control but Drwal is keeping him busy.
Tiger throwing strikes but Drwal manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Tiger manages to work his way to half guard, despite Drwal's best efforts.
Drwal wants to stand up but Tiger is controlling the position.
Tiger wants to control but Drwal is keeping busy.

Tiger makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Tiger closes the distance and pushes Drwal back into the cage.
Tiger has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Drwal is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Drwal lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Tiger wants a takedown but no success here.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tiger is looking to take this one to the mat.
Tomasz Drwal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Tiger.
Drwal lands with a short shot to the head.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Drwal prevents the takedown attempt.

Drwal lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Drwal stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Tiger is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Drwal pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Tiger has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Drwal is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Drwal.
Tiger wants a takedown but no success here.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Drwal.
Drwal gets through Tiger's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Tiger is trying to drag Drwal to the mat but Drwal just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Drwal trying to stall but Tiger improves his position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Drwal stops a takedown attempt from Tiger.
Drwal misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Tiger.
Tiger drops down looking for an ankle pick but Drwal pulls his leg out and moves away.
Tiger shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Drwal as he avoids it easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Drwal connects with a right that clearly hurt Tiger. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Drwal proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Tiger collapses and taps out under the pressure!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tomasz Drwal!
As Tomasz Drwal got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: POZDRAWIAM WSZYSTKICH POLAKÓW I MAMEDA KHALIDOVA. '.
