The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooh!!! Franklin has knocked Hendi down with a huge combo! Franklin steps away and waves a wobbly Hendi back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Kim Hendi has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hendi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Franklin but Franklin pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Franklin closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Franklin breaks the clinch.
Hendi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hendi wants to clinch
and Franklin counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A low kick from Hendi is predictable there
and Franklin counters with a big left hand that crumples Hendi! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rich Franklin!
Rich Franklin tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
