Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stevenson comes to the cage accompanied by Clubbed to Death. The crowd seem to be enjoying Hardy's choice of entrance music: Coming home -Dirty money. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Viktor Lagutenko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Stevenson misses with a lunging right hand
and Hardy counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Stevenson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hardy.
Stevenson loads up on a big right hand but Hardy slips the punch.

The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

That was a close round but I would say that John Stevenson will probably get the nod.

Stevenson flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Hardy anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Stevenson and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Hardy slips an arm under Stevenson chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Hardy has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Hardy is squeezing on Stevenson like an anaconda would it's prey. Stevenson fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
