Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Caladan Brood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hotblack Desiato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Brood.
Brood throws a head kick that Desiato semi-blocks.
It looks like Hotblack Desiato has been cut.
Desiato misses with a body kick.
Brood looks to land a right hand but Desiato moved out of range.
Desiato blocks a head kick by Brood.
Brood scores with a leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Brood misses with a looping left.
Brood lands a right hook to the body.
Crunch! Desiato slams his shin into Brood's torso.
Caladan Brood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Desiato lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Brood has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Brood and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Brood connects with a jab.
Brood connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
That has opened up Hotblack Desiato's cut even more.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Brood looks to throw the jab but Desiato is out of range.
Brood throws a leg kick which misses Desiato's front leg but catches the back leg as Desiato tries to avoid it.
Brood fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Desiato tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Desiato on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Brood thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Desiato if he has to take too many more of those.
Brood throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Desiato stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brood throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Brood lands a big head kick that sends Desiato tumbling to the mat! Brood takes a step backwards and waves Desiato back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Desiato is rocked!
Desiato looks up at the clock. Bad move! Brood lands a right hand from hell, dropping Desiato. Brood pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Caladan Brood!
