Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ray Zaharn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyle Sutton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zaharn comes to the cage accompanied by 28 Days Later . The key to victory for Ray Zaharn has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sutton.
Sutton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Zaharn but Zaharn pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Zaharn fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Sutton has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Zaharn throws a front kick aimed at Sutton's knee but Sutton avoids it well.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Zaharn lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. Sutton is trying desperately to land a takedown but Zaharn is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Sutton.

Zaharn will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Sutton wants to control but Zaharn is keeping busy.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Sutton shoots for a takedown but Zaharn saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Zaharn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sutton's waist but Sutton gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Zaharn off to one side.

Sutton has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zaharn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Zaharn has an Americana. Sutton didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Zaharn is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Zaharn hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
