The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ironside gets caught flat footed, as Allon shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Ironside is trying to keep Allon in close.
Allon throws a big elbow that misses.
Ironside keeping moving, preventing Allon from controlling successfully.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Allon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Ironside is looking for a triangle but Allon pushes his legs off easily.

Allon slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
