Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Luis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marc Munoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luis comes to the cage accompanied by Creu. Munoz has chosen Champions as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Munoz moves into the clinch successfully.

Munoz jumps into guard, dragging Luis to the mat.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Munoz wants to stand up but Luis is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Munoz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Luis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Luis drops back looking for a leg! Munoz is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Munoz manages to kick Luis off! Luis jumps back into Munoz's guard.

Luis drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Luis jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Munoz is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Marc Munoz has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Munoz is trying hard to land a takedown here. Luis sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Luis is looking to sinch up a triangle. Munoz throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Luis's body to avoid the submission. Luis has instead reached around Munoz's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Luis arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

After the fight, Gabriel Luis was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
