The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liikanen stalks Tresnjic and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Tresnjic's face. Tresnjic staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Javorko Tresnjic has been cut.
Tresnjic rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Liikanen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Liikanen throws a right and a left that Tresnjic avoids nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Liikanen. Those never looked like landing.
Tresnjic tries to clinch up.
Liikanen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Liikanen leaves Tresnjic with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Tresnjic throws out a leg kick but Liikanen moves out of range and Tresnjic only half commits.
Tresnjic throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Liikanen changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Liikanen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tresnjic.
A left lands for Liikanen.

Liikanen connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Tresnjic has a takedown stuffed.
Pertti Liikanen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Javorko Tresnjic.
Tresnjic fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Liikanen is out of range.
