Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vevrin Betlach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JB Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Paulo Santos and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Betlach slips a jab and a cross from Holmes.
Betlach clinches with his opponent.
Holmes escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Holmes looks to land a combination but Betlach avoids it well.
Holmes misses with an uppercut. Betlach saw that one coming.
Holmes lands with a nice combination. Betlach backs away looking to recover.
Betlach fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Holmes, pushing him back against the cage.
Betlach pushes Holmes back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Betlach content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Betlach lands with a short shot to the head.
Betlach lands a body shot.
Betlach lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Holmes.
Holmes wants to break free but Betlach has control.
Holmes is trying to break free.
Betlach is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
A right handed body shot lands from Betlach.
Betlach will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Holmes up against the cage.
Holmes tries to break the clinch but Betlach is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Betlach manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Betlach breaks the clinch.
Holmes keeps the fight on the outside.
Betlach clinches.
Betlach breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Betlach tries to clinch there but Holmes circles away.
Holmes throws a series of punches but Betlach moves out of range.
JB Holmes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Holmes misses with a jab, cross combination.
Holmes misses with a head kick.
Betlach moves in looking to clinch but Holmes pushes him off.
Betlach connects with a good right hand that stumbles Holmes. Holmes circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Betlach scores with a one two! Holmes had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like JB Holmes has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Betlach is looking to clinch but Holmes is avoiding it.
Betlach works over Holmes's head and body with a nice combination.
Holmes looks gassed!
Holmes takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Holmes is rocked!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Betlach knocks Holmes out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
