and Pabin counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Pabin looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Hatton scores with a crisp jab that stopped Pabin in his tracks.

That has opened up Damian Pabin's cut even more.

A jab-cross combination lands for Hatton and sends Pabin crashing to the mat! Hatton follows him down to the mat - Pabin regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Pabin is rocked!

The cut above Damian Pabin's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hatton is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Pabin sees it coming and defends easily.

Hatton is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pabin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hatton.
Hatton moves nicely into side control.

Hatton has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Pabin is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Hatton yanks on the arm and Pabin is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Hatton.
