Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Herman Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derrick Elliott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Black might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Black Friday. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Black is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Herman Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Elliott lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Black backs up against the cage.
Elliott throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Black fails with the takedown.
Elliott misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
No joy there for Elliott, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Black misses with an uppercut. Elliott saw that one coming.

Black postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Black has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Elliott has eaten all the pies!

Elliott wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Black has him pressed against the cage.

Black manages to break the clinch.

Black throws out a loose jab but Elliott uses good head movement to avoid it.
Elliott lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Elliott.

Elliott can't keep his opponent in guard - Black advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Black shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Elliott as he jumps to the side.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Black closes the distance and clinches up with Elliott, looking for a takedown. Black pushes Elliott against the cage but Elliott circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Elliott gets underhooks to prevent Black's takedown attempt.

Black has hold of one of Elliott's legs. Elliott is fighting the takedown attempt but Black gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Herman Black will probably get the nod.
That's time! Black's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Black paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Elliott throws a right hand that Black ducks under and follows up with a left that Black also avoids with ease.

Black drives through and clinches with Elliott against the cage.

Black breaks the clinch.
Black lets loose with a powerful body kick. Elliott will feel that in the morning.
Elliott is breathing heavily.
Elliott throws a series of punches but Black avoids them all with ease.
Black tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Black forces Elliott back against the cage and clinches.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Black tries a knee to the head but Elliott blocks it.

Black changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Elliott tries to avoid it but Black manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Elliott to the ground. Elliott escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A jab-cross combination lands for Black and sends Elliott crashing to the mat! Black follows him down to the mat - Elliott regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Elliott is squirming around, avoiding Black's attempts to control the action.
Black tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Black throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Elliott's waist but Elliott gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Black off to one side.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Black for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Elliott takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Black throws a looping overhand right but Elliott ducks down to avoid it.

Black drops Elliott with a beautiful combination! Elliott stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Black is looking for the KO!
Black fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Elliott is out of range.
Black drops Elliott with a left right combo! Black follows him down to the ground into side control.
Black creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Elliott sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Black stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Black shoots in for a takedown but Elliott shows good takedown defense.
Elliott looks to land a combination but Black avoids it well.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

and Elliott counters with a left and a right that hurts Black! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Elliott jumps into full mount!
