Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ezinator Keilots (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Bowman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gary Bowman has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ezinator Keilots's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ezinator Keilots!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gary Bowman!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keilots blocks a head kick by Bowman.
Keilots waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Bowman.

Keilots closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bowman quickly recovers to half guard.
Bowman is staying active underneath Keilots, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Keilots stops Bowman from getting back to his feet.
Keilots content to control rather than advance.
Bowman trying to control but Keilots postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Keilots circles away from the clinch attempt
and Keilots cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Keilots throws an off balance right hand
and Bowman counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Keilots throws a hook but Bowman blocks it.
Keilots throws out a loose jab but Bowman uses good head movement to avoid it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bowman looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bowman throws a head kick but Keilots moves out of range.
Bowman will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bowman ducks under a wild hook from Keilots.

Bowman is looking to clinch but Keilots is avoiding it.
Keilots throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Bowman counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Keilots trying to control the position.
Bowman controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bowman wants to control from the top but Keilots keeps moving.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Bowman is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Gary Bowman has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Bowman misses with a takedown attempt

and Keilots counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Keilots content to control rather than advance.
Bowman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Keilots is working away from the top position though.

Bowman is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Keilots pulls his head out easily.
Bowman is refusing to be controlled, as Keilots sits in half guard.
Keilots knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bowman on the ground.
Bowman trying to hold on to Keilots's head to control him but Keilots postures up.

Bowman is trying to get back to full guard.
Keilots wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bowman keeps working.
Bowman trying to control from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Bowman on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bowman gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Keilots to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Bowman is looking to stand up but Keilots isn't so interested in that idea.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Ezinator Keilots will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Bowman has his takedown stuffed

and Keilots decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bowman's guard.
Keilots controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Bowman trying to keep a closed guard but Keilots is proving a slippery customer.

Keilots avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Bowman trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.

Keilots controlling from the top position.
Keilots trying to control but Bowman is working from the bottom.
Keilots's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Bowman throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Keilots might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Keilots not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

and Bowman counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bowman.
Bowman wants a takedown.

Keilots lands a left hand.
Bowman blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Keilots throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Bowmans head.
Bowman is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Ezinator Keilots has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gary Bowman.

Keilots manages to break the clinch.
Bowman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Keilots.
Bowman ducks under a wild hook from Keilots.
Bowman tried to score with a low kick but Keilots checks it.
Bowman looks for a takedown but Keilots sprawls well.
Keilots lands a nice hook to Bowman's body. Bowman takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Keilots throws a poor cross that misses
and Bowman makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bowman is looking to clinch.

Keilots blocks a head kick by Bowman.
A decent looking cross lands there for Keilots.
Keilots sizes up Bowman with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Keilots misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bowman.
Keilots lands with a hook. Bowman tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Keilots throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Keilots avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bowman moves out of range as Keilots strikes.
Keilots misses with a wild body shot.
Bowman doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Keilots decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bowman's guard.
Keilots controls from within his opponent's guard.

Keilots trying to control the position from guard on top but Bowman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Ezinator Keilots overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Keilots missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Keilots wants to control from the top but Bowman keeps moving.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Keilots looking to sit in guard and control but Bowman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Bowman wants to control from the top but Keilots keeps moving.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Keilots throws a hook to the side of Bowman's head but Bowman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Keilots missing with a left hand there. Bowman was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bowman moves out of range of the strikes.
Bowman is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Keilots throws a sloppy body shot
and Bowman counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Keilots thinking.
Bowman with a lazy takedown attempt

and Keilots counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Bowman is looking to control Keilots's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bowman avoid being mounted?
Keilots stalling away here and it's allowed Bowman to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Keilots working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Keilots looking to sit in guard and control but Bowman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Bowman postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Keilots wants to sweep but no luck.

Keilots is looking for a triangle here but Bowman uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Bowman trying to control the action but Keilots is working from the bottom.

Keilots sneaks back into half guard.
Bowman not doing much here.
Keilots is looking to improve his position.

Well, if Bowman is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Keilots keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Gary Bowman wasn't active enough on the ground.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Bowman is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Keilots is aware though and is defending well.
Gary Bowman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Keilots stands up over Bowman, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

And that's the end of the fight!
Ezinator Keilots showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Keilots has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
