The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Linelli lands the left hand.
Murpy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Linelli.
Murpy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Linelli throws out the jab.
Linelli throws a series of punches but Murpy avoids them all with ease.
Linelli misses with a straight left.
Murpy ducks under a wild hook from Linelli.
Murpy shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Linelli pinned against the cage. Linelli gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Linelli rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Murpy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Murpy moves out of range as Linelli throws a body kick.
Murpy misses with a wild combination.
Murpy comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Linelli throws a hook but Murpy blocks it.
Horrible takedown by Murpy or perhaps it was just good defense by Linelli which made him look bad.
Murpy avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Linelli lands a jab-cross combination.
Murpy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Linelli.

and Murpy counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Linelli!

Murpy is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Linelli is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Linelli flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Murpy anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Linelli and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Murpy slips an arm under Linelli chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Murpy has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Murpy is squeezing on Linelli like an anaconda would it's prey. Linelli fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
