The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hart gets a takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Hart winds up and cracks Sonnen with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Sonnen tries to get to full guard but Hart has control of the leg.
Hart trying to control the pace.
Sonnen tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Sonnen is looking to control Hart's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sonnen avoid being mounted?
Hart tries to stand but can't do so whilst Sonnen controls his leg.
Sonnen on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Sonnen moves into full guard.
Hart is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Hart trying to control the position from guard on top but Sonnen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Daniel Hart has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Sonnen gets caught flat footed, as Hart shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Sonnen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hart trying to control but Sonnen is working from the bottom.
Hart wants to pass the guard but Sonnen is keeping the position.

Sonnen pushes a forearm under Hart's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Hart is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
